I run a Family Daycare. One of the things I pride myself on is that my parents see me as a "Provider" and not a "Babysitter". I have a daily schedule which includes Circle Time, Pre-School, Reading, and Music & Movement. Before stumbling upon Adventures in Learning (AIL), I was using a packaged program but was finding myself getting very bored with it because I still had to spend so much time getting things ready for the day and gathering all of the extra materials needed to complete the activites.

I have reviewed every possible packaged program out there. Let me tell you with 100% honesty, I was overly impressed with AIL's web page and that went to the top of my list of the programs that I was going to sample before making a commitment.

I contacted AIL to get further information and the Customer Service was excellent! All of my questions were answered, I got a history of the company, and was told that my sample order would be going out that day. 3 days later I received my package. From the minute I opened the box, I knew this is exactly what I was looking for. Great Lesson Plan book and every day is packaged in a separate bag with high quality materials. I love the fact that I can sit with my morning cup of coffee, familiarize myself with the days activities, grab my daily bag, and I'm giving the children in my care a fun and exciting day. My sample package was for 20 days -- of those 20 days, my children will be bringing home something on 18 of those days.

Highly Highly Recommended!

We are a small daycare with 6-8 Children. We have been clients for six months or so and here is our experience.

#1 - The kids love it. The projects are always fun and creative. (and the extra toys for the treasure chest doesn't hurt....:))

#2 - Our parents love it..... And they are the ones paying for it. There is always something for the kids to bring home, showing them that we actually do teach them while they are here.

#3 - We love it! Everything comes pre-counted and organized so all we have to do is grab a bag and go. The guide is very well written and the supplies provided are more than enough for us. Definately comes highly reccommended from us.

I am part of a preschool co-op in Seattle. We have been using the AIL preschool curriculum for the past year.

Pros: Very easy to use, variety of fun themes, children love it, works for a lot of different ages, variety of craft materials, all the extra materials they provide (books, cds, handpuppets, calendar, posters, etc) fun crafts, cost, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Cons: N/A

We have been using the Adventures In Learning program for the last several years. Prior to that we used high reach learning. We have been so impressed with the program. We love the way everything is organized and outlined. Our teachers love how easy the program is to use. This a great program and definitely worth every penny.
