We quit using this halfway though the year full time, I think it was too tedious for my daughter. There were too many group activities & games to make it useful for a one child school.
However, it would be really good for someone struggling with math who has a sibling ( or more) to work with. They tell you how to make manipulatives with everyday things. The book has some great tables and stuff to use.
We worked it through division but we found it cumbersome when all she needed for these skills was plenty of drill.
Then we switched to Singapore and she loves that! We'll still use Activity Math sometimes for explaination as they go more in-depth on things.
