This book is a well worn bible in my home! This was the first book I read when I decided to homeschool years ago, and still is my #1 favorite!
The Moores are known as the grandparents of home education and in this book they give a very
creative and stress free approach to homeschooling. They give a realistic
look at problems parents face in home education and offers practical strategy that help you:
- choose a curricula that really works for you and your children
-avoid student and parent burnout
- target your child's interest to make learning fun!
- see the big picture of homeschooling

If you are burned out or stressed out or just begining and feeling overwhelmed by all the homeschool how to books please consider reading The Moore's book first! Most libraries have a copy of this classic book.
