My daughter would like to go to the Biltmore Estate in Ashville North Carolina for her birthday. Money is very tight for us right now, are there any deals availble for reduced ticket prices?

Can I ask why she wants to go? Don't know anything about deals but I have been there. Don't think I would go there just for that - are you doing other things in the area? Claire

She thought it would be fun to tour. Is it overrated? We are just trying to find a couple day getaway for the family to celebrate .

The Biltmore is an awesome place to visit. They do have special homeschool events at times.

I visited the Biltmore Estate as a child and LOVED it. We took DD when she was about 9 or 10 and then we took DS when he was about that age. With DD, we did the backstage tour, and with DS the rooftop tour. These were in addition to the main tour, and both were great! I know they change up the tours from time to time, because the last time we were there, they had taken some things from the backstage tour and added them to the main tour, and put other things on the backstage tour that used to be on the main tour. Anyway, I've had a great time every time I've been there.
