What else is there that would make great breakfast (no left overs please) other than the usual:
eggs pancakes waffles scones biscuits oatmeal fruit cold cereal french toast
I am looking to add variety, even if it is something I can make the night before and throw in the oven for 20-30 minutes in the morning.
Thank you ladies.

Ooh, what about a sausage braid? My dh and I recently tried this recipie, and it was amazing. You can prepare the night before, then stick it in the oven in the morning. It's simple, but looks fancy, so we are going to serve it on Christmas morning.
INGREDIENTS 1 lb. ground sausage 6 oz. cream cheese 2 cans croissant rolls 1 egg white
Brown sausage and drain grease. Add cream cheese. Heat over low heat until cheese is melted and well mixed with the sausage.
Lay out croissant rolls flat, side by side, and press perforations together to form one large rectangle. Place sausage mixture down center, leaving 2 inches on either side and one inch at the top and bottom.
Fold ends over. Make 1-inch slits down the sides about 2-inches apart. Alternate pulling the dough into the center forming a braided look. Brush with egg white.
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
To dress it up even more, you can add sauted onions, mushrooms, and green peppers to the sausage mixture. We did, and it was amazing!
