I don't know about y'all, but my extra hour had to be spent awake.

LOL! Yes! I was asleep on the sofa at 8pm last night and up at 3:30am this morning. Ugh!

I wish our family would live on summer time and everyone else on winter time. Maybe then we'd finally get the cows milked and get places on time!!

Yes, I was looking forward to my extra hour of sleep and for the last 2 nights it was 2 or 3 in the morning before I could fall asleep, and I knew I had to be up at 7 a.m. today.
UGH!

I just don't like the fact it is dark at 5 p.m.
|
I ended up staying up waaaay too late to gain it w/ sleep! LOL
I think the need for this is long-gone. I wish we could just do away w/ it completely! It was hard to have it dark so early yesterday! Think about all the dc in ps, they have an even harder time playing afterschool now.

I ENJOYED the extra hour of sleep. and I went to bed at normal time. my body seems to adjust pretty quickly..i just don't look forward to four months of "more darkness"....BOO!

I didn't get to enjoy the extra hour of sleep....because I had forgotten about it. I have to work at 3:30 on Sunday's. I got there and my boss was there. He's like....."you know it's only 2:30, not 3:30." I couldn't believe it. I never, ever, ever forget the time change (because I make myself a big note several days before). I just totally forgot to do that this time. But, in my extra hour I ran to the grocery store, ran back home, got a roast in the oven with cut up potatoes, carrots and onions. I did all that in one hour and then rushed back to work.
