What are you reading? October 2017

re: What are you reading? October 2017

I just picked up a copy of Killing Lincoln by Bill O'Reilly recently when I was between library books. I really enjoyed it! I have also recently been reading the James Herriot series of books--All Creatures Great and Small, etc. So good!

It's no longer October, but I thought I'd share anyway. :)

I just finished A q thing happened to America. (Add ueer to the letter -- not meant to be derogatory, as they have been using this word to refer to themselves for some time now.) Written by Dr. Michael Brown, a Messianic Jew who has much God-given wisdom.

He goes way back to the beginning (even before the '60s) to show the modern-day history and what has led to the situation today, including the ramifications of former decisions -- also, what's been happening in other countries / what we can expect if things continue on. It's very enlightening and shows how much prayer is needed. I was amazed that it is in our library system.
