I was walking on my treadmill every night at an incline at a brisk pace. It didn't do much for my weight but I felt healthier and my stamina improved. I added in sit ups. I started with 20, 25, 35, 50, 75 and then I was doing 100 sit ups almost every night. The scale didn't move! I felt better though.
Then, I decided to do a round of the Whole 30 and bam. I lost 10 pounds. Whatever you do is better than nothing. If at all possible add in a healthy diet lifestyle if you really want to see results.

I am back to low carb which has always worked for me.

It's really a way of eating and not so much a diet.

But....
I was placed on medication again and it makes you gain weight. I need to be on it. So I feel better but now I really have to watch what I eat and exercise again.

On top of going into menopause now I realize it's going to be harder.

One step at a time :)
