ARGGH! I ordered some maps from Homeschool Stockroom on July 9th and STILL haven't gotten them! (BTW, have never used them before...)
I cannot reach anyone by phone, and no messages have been returned.
Anytime I do a computer check on my order, it just says "pending" (which is what is has been saying the whole time!)
I ordered from here because they were a few dollars cheaper, but I'd rather have spent the extra $4 and gotten my maps by the time school starts! (they said to give them 10 days...)
Anybody use this company before? Is this standard with them?

You can refuse the charges via your credit card company. That is probably the easiest way to get the money back. I would send them an email to the effect of "I'll be contacting my credit card company to refute the charges because ....reason 1, 2, and 3".

Agreeing with chatmom: If you used a credit card, you can call the cc company, tell them you haven't received your order, can't contact the HS company, and tell them you want to dispute the charges. They should take it from there -- you should not even have to contact HS. I had to do this last week, though it was not about h/s materials.

UPDATE: Just got a message from Homeschool stockroom that they don't actually carry the Beautiful Feet Maps anymore. (You know, the ones they offered on their site?)
One month to the day after I ordered, too. Why couldn't they have let me know earlier? Or MAYBE they could have put "unavailable" on the site???
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. EVER.
