FREE PADDLE-TO-THE-SEA CURRICULUM...(Holling C. Holling)
http://nsgd.gso.uri.edu/ohsu/ohsue91001.pdf (166 pgs)
OR
http://www.ohioseagrant.osu.edu/_documents/publications/EP/EP-076%20Paddle%20to%20the%20Sea%20SAMPLE%20ACTIVITY.pdf (Just 16 pgs, a smaller part from the above link, I think...doesn't look as good, IMHO. It DOES have an order form for the 166 pg guide on the last page, however.)
I just came across this today. It is put out by Ohio State Univ and can be bought for $10 from them. However, from what I understand, they allow educators to copy any of it from their guide. (Its aim is for older elementary, I think.)
It is not a great photocopied reproduction, but it is adequate. It is 166 pages long so you may not want to print it ALL out. It looked like it had some workbook-style sheets as well as projects in it. LOTS OF STUFF!
