sil - sister-in-law
bil - brother-in-law
IMHO - can also mean - In My Humble Opinion
HS - High School (vs lowercase 'hs' for homeschool)
lol/LOL - laugh out loud
rotflol - rolling on the floor, laughing out loud

I'm sure there will be more... ;-)
