The website that coastalcarol listed is a great site.
It lists all different children with different medical conditions that could use encouraging letters.
Each one has an amazing life story written by the mom. Very touching, and one that makes us each count our blessings and hug our children a bit tighter.

I think this is so wonderful to share here. Being on the side of a family who did receive such kindness and prayers from strangers when our own dd was in the hospital, it really is uplifting to know others are out there thinking and praying for you. Some of the kindest words came from strangers.
