Well, I am pretty familiar with most of the abbreviations but one that has completely stumped me that I know will be completely obvious when someone tells me but can someone please enlighten me as to what ETA means?

Estimated Time of Arrival?

Or it could be ETA/Cuisenaire, the producer of Cuisnenaire rods and other products :-)

BUMP-- means just that, bump it to the top. Since most internet sites put the most recently posted to message first, a message that is not often posted to can get lost. You can just type "bump" and hit return in reply--then folks know you are just moving it up the list so it doesn't get lost.
